Welcome to Gaybnb Travel Hub ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). By accessing or using our website at gaybnbtravel.com and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
By creating an account, browsing listings, making a booking, listing a property, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the booking and hosting features of the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Gaybnb Travel Hub is an inclusive travel marketplace that connects guests with Gay-friendly accommodations, hotels, and travel experiences. The Platform also offers Gay hotspot discovery, Pride event information, and a premium Travel Buddy matching service. We act as an intermediary facilitating bookings between guests and hosts; we are not a party to any booking agreement between you and a host or hotel provider.
When you make a booking through the Platform, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, which may include nightly rates, taxes, and service fees. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the full amount.
All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies displayed on the individual listing or hotel page at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review these policies before confirming your reservation.
If you list a property on the Platform, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and that your listing is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Hosts are responsible for maintaining their properties in a safe and habitable condition, complying with all local laws and regulations, and honoring confirmed bookings. Hosts agree to remit any applicable taxes on their rental income.
The Travel Buddy matching system is a premium, token-gated feature. Users receive a limited number of complimentary connection tokens; additional access requires a paid subscription. Tokens are consumed when a conversation is initiated with another user. Unused tokens are non-refundable and do not carry over beyond the reset date. We do not guarantee specific matches and are not liable for the conduct of any user you connect with through this feature.
To enhance safety, we may require identity verification through our third-party providers (AutoHost and Truvi) for hosts and Travel Buddy participants. Verification status is displayed on user profiles but does not constitute a guarantee of safety or trustworthiness. You are encouraged to exercise your own judgment when interacting with other users.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise pose a risk to the community.
You may submit reviews for accommodations and experiences booked through the Platform. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, off-topic, or otherwise violate our review guidelines.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Gaybnb Travel Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Content you submit (such as listings, photos, and reviews) remains your property, but you grant us a royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Hotelbeds, Stripe, Google Maps, and identity verification providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages related to bookings, travel arrangements, or interactions with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaybnb Travel Hub, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
